Report cards will be sent out Our first grading period ends Thursday. Report cards for the first nine-week grading period will be issued to students on Oct. 18. Grades of 60 and above are passing.
Academic testing ongoing Dora students in grades 3 through 12 will be participating in MAPS(Measures of Academic Progress) testing through Wednesday of this week. High school students will test 7:55 a.m. until 9:25 a.m., followed by a seven-period, slightly-abbreviated class schedule. Elementary students will be testing 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Events Tuesday: High school awards, 7 p.m.; Mobile Science Spectrum for grades K-6, noon. Thursday: Last day of school, 1 p.m. release. Elementary awards, 9 a.m. Saturday: Graduation, 7 p.m.
