Freedom Newspapers Volleyball team honored by district Five Portales players earned first-team honors for the All-District 4-3A volleyball team. Megan Kabrick, Morgan Hill, Ella Erf, Ashleah Richards and Bethany Self all earned first-team honor for Portales, which went 5-0 against District 4-3A opponents and 13-0 against Class 3A teams during its 22-3 state championship season.
