Municipal court closed Thursday

PNT staff Portales Municipal Court is scheduled to close at 12:30 p.m. Thursday and resume regular business hours on Monday, according to Municipal Court Judge Frederick Arnold. Arnold said the court plans to give employment tests to potential job candidates. People scheduled during the time the court is closed will not be penalized. Information: 356-4923.

Roosevelt County Hospital Board has scheduled its regular meeting for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the hospital. Agenda items include nursing services and medical staff reports. Administrator James D’Agostino will also have reports related to rural health clinics, recruitment and legislative actions.
